All products will eventually fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight or exposed to weather elements. If possible, wreaths should be hung in covered doorways. They should be stored in the box they were received in or hung up in a plastic covering to protect it from dust.

Silk / artificial flower arrangements should avoid being placed in direct sunlight as they will fade. Dust can be removed using hairdryer on cool light setting. They can also be cleaned using a silk flower cleaner. All arrangements should be stored in a plastic grocery bag to protect it from dust.

Please contact me for gift wrapping options. Gift wrapping may not be available for wreaths that are 19" or larger and on silk flower arrangements due to shipping sizes.

Yes. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping items that qualify for return under our shipping policy and were purchased with FREE shipping.

I will attempt to reach out to you if your address isn't found by the USPS or the selected shipping company. Please make sure that you are putting down your correct street number and spelling on the street name. If an order is lost due to an address error on the buyer's behalf, it will be their loss. A refund will not be issued. A replacement item MAY be made available at the DISCRETION of the shop owner.
