Custom and personalized orders

Yes I do take custom orders for the items that are available on my website. Please contact me for any questions and help on creating custom orders.

Sizing details

The sizes of the items are included in the product descriptions.

Care instructions

All glassware should be hand washed.

All products will eventually fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight or exposed to weather elements. If possible, wreaths should be hung in covered doorways. They should be stored in the box they were received in or hung up in a plastic covering to protect it from dust.

Silk / artificial flower arrangements should avoid being placed in direct sunlight as they will fade. Dust can be removed using hairdryer on cool light setting. They can also be cleaned using a silk flower cleaner. All arrangements should be stored in a plastic grocery bag to protect it from dust.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping. However, under certain circumstances we may offer gift wrapping.  It is not part of our normal business practices, additional costs may apply.  Please contact us for additional information.

Will I have to pay for shipping to return an item purchased with FREE shipping?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.  

What happens if I don't put in the correct address?

I will attempt to reach out to you if your address isn't found by the USPS or the selected shipping company. Please make sure that you are putting down your correct street number and spelling on the street name. If an order is lost due to an address error on the buyer's behalf, it will be their loss. A refund will not be issued. A replacement item MAY be made available at my DISCRETION.

Are products smoke free?

YES, Gifts, Decor and More is a smoke-free work zone and all products are created in a smoke-free environment.


Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.  No returns.  Buyers can contact me at +1 813.758.6283 or velina@giftsdecorandmore.com if there are any problems with their orders.
